Luftseilbahn Matt-Weissenberge

Whether summer or winter: the Weissenberge are the perfect starting point for those seeking peace and quiet and for nature lovers, hikers, snowshoe trekkers, ski tourers and bon vivants. In winter the rapid 3.5 km long toboggan run starts at the restaurant.

The Weissenberge can be reached by cable car from Matt, which operates daily according to the timetable and at weekends when the weather is fine.

Along the winter hiking trails you can enjoy pure peace and nature. Two marked snowshoe trails invite you to explore the snowy winter landscape on your own. Guided tours are also available. The area is very popular with ski touring enthusiasts for beautiful ski tours, for example to the Sunnehöreli.

Toboggan run
The groomed toboggan run leads along the fascinating and wildly romantic Chrauchtal gorge. Thanks to its even gradient, it is known to all sporty riders from far and wide! If conditions are good, the popular lantern sledging takes place on Friday and Saturday evenings from dusk until 22.00 hrs. The popular "Family Flizzer" can also be rented at the valley station.

The Edelwyss mountain inn and the Wirtschaft zum Weissenberg restaurant provide for your physical well-being.
