From Mt-Soleil to Mt-Croisin

"We did the tour for the first time about 4 years ago at the beginning of December. There was not much snow then. By car or public transport to St.Imier. We parked near the funicular (Funiculaire) on a public parking lot (with costs). With the cable car up (note the departure times, depending on the season every 30 minutes). When you leave the cable car, you will immediately see the 1st blue signpost for the snowshoe trail to Mont Crosin. Past the solar panels, later wind turbines over large areas, slight incline at the beginning. Then we stopped at the Restaurant Chalet Mont Crosin and promptly missed the post bus (depending on the season it only runs every 4 hours). An elderly couple kindly brought us back to St. Imier with their dogs.
It has partly free running dogs (farms).great route. Not so well known. My secret tip :)"
