In search of snow and sun, we make our way to Andermatt. There, the gondola "Gütsch-Express" takes us up to the Gütsch, located at 2366 meters. Once at the top, we discover that our planned high trail from Gütsch to Lutersee is unfortunately closed. On the Panoramaweg, snowshoes would have been necessary for some sections. So we decide to follow the signs of the "Windradweg" (which is part of the Panorama trail).
As soon as we have left the gondola station and the beginning of the ski slopes behind us, we are on our own. The path is well prepared, the weather is just wonderful and the landscape is beautiful. Belina and Gogi are romping around in the snow and enjoying their freedom. It is a true winter magic, both for the people and for the dogs.
The circular trail passes impressive wind turbines. On the way there is also the possibility to stop at the mountain restaurant Wachthuus.
By the way: Dogs travel with the "Gütsch-Express" for free and moreover the half-fare card is valid :-)
